We started from a simple observation. Ordering research peptides in the UK often meant waiting a fortnight for a parcel from overseas, watching it sit in customs, and exchanging emails with someone several time zones away.
So we hold the whole range here and ship it from the UK. Stock levels on the site are real. If something has run out you will see that, rather than a delivery date nobody can keep.
Pens are filled to order from our own vials, so nothing sits pre-loaded on a shelf for months. Support is us. There is no call centre and no ticket queue: write to [email protected] and somebody from the team writes back.

The whole range sits on our shelves here. We do not order it in once you buy, so your parcel will not stall at a border or in customs.
Dispatched within 24 hours
Orders are packed the same working day. Pens leave Monday to Thursday only, so nothing sits in a depot over the weekend and loses its cold chain. All orders are shipped via InPost.
Free delivery over £80
Tracked UK delivery, free once your basket passes £80. Below that it is a flat rate, with no handling fees bolted on at the last step.
99% purity, tested outside
Purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry, run by an independent laboratory before a batch is released. The description says what is in the vial.
Discreet packaging
A plain outer box with no logo and no description of the contents. The label carries the sender name and nothing else.

We reply in English, usually within a few hours, including weekends and outside office hours. One email address, a real person behind it.
