How fast do you dispatch orders?+
Orders are packed and sent the same working day from our UK stock. Pens leave Monday to Thursday only, so nothing sits in a depot over the weekend. You get a tracking number by email.
How much is delivery?+
Tracked UK delivery is free on orders over £80. Below that it is a flat rate shown at checkout, with no handling fees added at the last step.
How should I store the products?+
At 2-8°C, protected from light and moisture. After reconstitution, store in line with your own laboratory guidelines.
Is shipping safe in warm weather?+
Pens travel in insulated packaging and only go out Monday to Thursday for that reason. Vials are lyophilised powder and are far less sensitive in transit.
Pen or vial, what is the difference?+
The pen arrives pre-filled and ready to dial, so there is no reconstitution step and increments repeat to the click. The vial is lyophilised powder: cheaper per milligram, longest shelf life until opened, and you set the concentration yourself.
